Mr Finkelstein has been helping clients to secure and enforce their intellectual property rights for over 27 years, originally as an associate at a major law firm, then as in-house patent counsel for two healthcare companies, Baxter Healthcare and now Takeda. His experience includes managing patent prosecution and enforcement strategy across multiple jurisdictions, advising clients on IP risks in transactions, and helping clients understand the benefits of IP protections.
